  more than that. Whether it be disasters of any kind\, cyberattacks on\ngo
 vernment institutions and critical infrastructure\, or even the aforementi
 oned effects of\nwar: it is about the protection and safety of people. And
  this also includes personal\naid and protective measures\, ranging from a
 t least a minimum food supply and first-aid\nskills to possibly coordinate
 d neighborhood assistance. What\nare the responsibilities of the state\, w
 hat preventive measures can citizens take\, and what\ncan individuals do t
 o help? We would like to explore these and other questions during\nthe eve
 nt and discuss them with you.
