DESCRIPTION:The workshop\, led by Colonel (ret.) Sönke Marahrens\, the Ge
 rman representative at the Hybrid Centre of Excellence in Helsinki\, offer
 s an insight into the complex challenges of hybrid activities that seek to
  disrupt democratic processes and manipulate decision-makers. Various aspe
 cts such as diplomacy\, politics\, culture\, social affairs\, military and
  defence as well as cyber will be explored. After an introductory lecture 
 on hybrid warfare and its significance for the Russian attack on Ukraine\,
  participants will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge in a stra
 tegic mini wargame. Registration is possible via the registration field on
  the website until 23 February 2024.
