Janna Hartmann is a doctoral candidate at the Chair of European and International Politics at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder). She studied English/American Studies and Linguistics in her Bachelor's degree and completed her Master's in European Studies in Germany and France. In her doctoral project Janna Hartmann is focusing on the dynamics of the withdrawal of willingness to cooperate in the context of International Relations (IR). Her research focuses on theories of IR, discourse analysis and the interrelation of populism and international politics.
