Julius Schwafferts is supervising the project initiated by the "Bundeskanzler-Helmut-Kohl-Foundation" on the status and perspectives of source-based contemporary historical research on the former German Chancellor in international perspective of the Henry Kissinger Professorship for Security and Strategy Studies.
Julius Schwafferts holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn in the core subject History, with the accompanying subject Law. He is currently enrolled in the master's program on modern history and is writing his master's thesis on an early modern topic.
