As part of the seminar "Europe/EU as an independent actor in foreign and security policy, aspiration and reality" by Ambassador (ret.) Dirk Brengelmann, there will be a guest lecture on April 22 at 4 p.m. by Han ten Broeke, Political Director of the Hague Center of Strategic Studies, entitled "From Kabul to Kiev. The European geopolitical coming of age." Guests are welcome to attend the lecture.  
The event will be held in English and in cooperation with the Society for Security Policy and Polis180.
