Episode 47 - Expensive Prestige Project - France's New Aircraft Carrier

Guest: Political scientist Dr. Moritz Brake is a Senior Fellow at the Center for Advanced Security, Strategic and Integration Studies (CASSIS) at the University of Bonn and an expert on maritime security and strategy at the German Institute for Defence and Strategic Studies (GIDS) as a reserve officer of the German Navy. Dr. Moritz Brake is a member of the German Maritime Institute (DMI) and auditeur of the French Institut des Hautes Études de Défense National (IHEDN).
