NATO is the most successful alliance in history. The North Atlantic Alliance unites Europe and America. 24 February 2022, the Russian attack on Ukraine, is also a profound turning point in the history of the alliance. With Putin's invasion of Ukraine, the war of states has returned to Europe and great power rivalries have increased further.
