Final Conference Forschungsprojekt „H2 Reality Check“ Final Conference Forschungsprojekt „H2 Reality Check“

On 28 January, the final conference of our research project ‘H2 Reality Check - Reappraising the EU's H2 Strategy in a New Era of Geopolitical Disruptions’, which CASSIS is conducting in cooperation with the Institute of Energy Economics at the University of Cologne (EWI), took place at the University Forum of the University of Bonn. The aim of the study is to critically scrutinise and further develop the European hydrogen strategy in light of the new geopolitical and geo-economic challenges. Around 40 participants from research, politics and industry discussed the research results of the study and their implications for the European hydrogen strategy in three interactive panels. Special thanks go to all participants of the final conference for their valuable contributions and constructive discussions. The authors of the study - Dr Frank Umbach (Project Manager, CASSIS), Michaele Diehl (EWI), Nada Fadl (EWI), Dr Ann-Kathrin Klaas (EWI) and Dr Philip Schnaars (EWI) - made a significant contribution to the topic with their report.
