In his opening remarks, Dr. Kotsch provided insights into the current challenges facing German foreign policy. He focused on the implications of ongoing international crises and conflicts for Germany’s foreign and security policy. He also outlined the key priorities and areas of action guiding the work of the Federal Foreign Office.
